Waterpump and gasket replaced. Also replaced the pulley belt at the same time as it looked a little worn. Seems to be running fine now

I reckon the last job was done quickly and dodgy. Loose bolts in the waterpump and left over gaskets :)

Sooo been a bit money stricken unfortunately . . slows down the progress.

All cooling seems to be fine now, gets up to temp and keeps it there nicely :no2:

Took it into the wheel aligner. Got about 1.5 degrees of camber. Handles alot better

Suggested I get better castor arms for more adjustment and longer LCA's as my bushes / balljoints are gone.

So now I have rebuilt XT130 LCA's coming, strut brace soon, rear trailing arm bushes and looking into either custom or aftermarket castor arms.

Should be interesting . . .

Went on a cruise, and the brakes decided to give out. I know they haven't been great for a while now so no surprise. Decided to step things up a little.

So in the next couple of weeks I should have . . .

- AE86 Struts

- Boge short stroke shocks

- 4.5KG AJ Springs

- RCA's

- Powersteering arms

- XT130 LCA's

And I'm hoping I can keep the camber/ castor tops, but we shall see

2 Months later and finally an update

Haven't been able to generate much income lately, so its been hard to sort out replacement parts.

Pick up the parts tomorrow and getting them installed on Thursday.

- AE86 Struts

- Koni AGX short stroke shocks

- 220mm 6KG front spring

- AE86 PS arms

- XT30 LCA's re-bushed and re-balljointed

- QFM Brake Pads

- New wheel bearings

- 30mm RCA's

- New tie rod ends

Should make the front alot better.

Also while my car was parked on the street people thought it would be funny to steal my parkers and rip off a bump strip . . .with paint. So slowly had to fix that up to

Also been given the option of dropping a 2TG in with EFI and an aftermarket ECU. Its already had a bit of work done internally so it would hammer pretty hard for a 1.6L. Just got to sort out the money issue :hmm:
