Yeah she use to work on king william rd. - that is my super fat dawg zac - he's around 12 years old.

 

He is like a washed up rockstar now... not good but he still rocks harder then anyone.

Tossing up between buying a weber or rebuilding the current carby as it is running rough and chewing through petrol.

 

Any suggestions as to where webers for a 3t are sold or where to rebuild?

 

Costs etc??

So i opened up my bonnet to fill up on oil and guess whats in my engine bay...

 

 

f u c k you gremlin....

 

I don't know if its because i haven't driven it for a while (have only started it up every week).

But it won't idle and it struggles to get any power, feels like it hasn't been tuned forever!

 

It has been tuned around 3 months ago, i did 2 months of solid driving and it was fine, this month i have

only turned it over once a week. Could this undo the tuning?

 

The car shakes from 0-1500 revs but when i get it to 2000 rpm it loves it and is feeling smooth.

 

Any suggestions as i am not greatly mechanically minded, i just want this gremlin goooonnnneeeee!

A guy on AE86 I think had the twin Solex setup for this with factory air filter for a 2TB. Its what I had originally planned for this. Maybe see if you can find him.

So you only started it, haven't actually driven it?

 

Might just be a simple case of fouled plugs from starting and idling but no loaded driving. Take it for a quick hit round the block and then see what its like afterwards. :lolcry:

I think the ke30 is coming back!

 

My time for selling and getting a new car is running out :. I have decided to fix this up again until someone buys it.

 

I am doing what i always wanted to -

 

- Put my spings and lowering blocks in

- Put the stockies back on

- 1" whitewall

- Trims rings - Maybe!

- Venetian

- Put the stock steering wheel on

- Hook up the cd player and speakers

- Buy a petrol pump for 3t.

 

And then use it as a daily again.

 

I would love to lower it and keep the enkeis on but i'm just plain scared that it will get defected and then be worthless.
