seabiscuit Posted June 3, 2009 Report Posted June 3, 2009 (edited) I'm putting a 5k in my KE70 and I need to find out what rules apply to doing conversions for the ACT. Has anyone come across a website regarding the rules about engine conversions? Especially ACT Edited June 3, 2009 by seabiscuit Quote

Has anyone come across a website regarding the rules about engine conversions? Especially ACT I'd take a stab at looking at whatever the equivalent to the RTA is in the ACT. 5 minutes of searching should confirm whether or not the information is there. What's your bank account number? :bash: I wasn't quite sure what to type in. I tried a couple things but didn't come up with much. I just thought people may have looked at it before! Quote
seabiscuit Posted June 3, 2009 Author Report Posted June 3, 2009 I can't seem to open the "Light Vehicle Modifications" page. When I download it and open it in OpenOffice it just has gobbledegook in it. Everyone else getting the same? Quote
sammo[RL] Posted June 22, 2009 Report Posted June 22, 2009 Failing that, give Canberra conect a call 132281,or if you halve a day to spare, head down the dickson motor registry and ask in person.... Quote
philbey Posted June 23, 2009 Report Posted June 23, 2009 (edited) Then write up the stuff you learn about modifiying vehicles in your state/territory and send it to me so I can put it in the FAQ! Edited June 23, 2009 by philbey Quote
seabiscuit Posted June 25, 2009 Author Report Posted June 25, 2009 National Code of Practice for Light Vehicle Modification Basically a load of crap. But a 20% increase in power and weight I believe is what was said. Quote
