webers4x48 Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 I have a copy of both engine and chassis manuals but only in analogue form. If you need any particular info let me know n I'll see what I can do LB :y: Quote
parrot Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 I think the Haynes manual does, but I sold mine on. The only thing I have left is the Toyota factory EWD (electrical wiring diagram) book, which includes the AE80 Quote
Clown Posted May 14, 2009 Author Report Posted May 14, 2009 Cool cool. I have a mate that bought an ae80 a month or so ago and is after the workshop manual in case he needs one. Quote
TheNOBBLER[RL] Posted May 15, 2009 Report Posted May 15, 2009 If you're ever chasing one I'm not that far down the road... pretty sure I didnt get rid of mine, I have a thing about keeping them! JP Quote

Howieau Posted July 19, 2009 Report Posted July 19, 2009 Is there a workshop manual available for the AE82 with the Twin Cam 4AGE engine? Or is it a matter of getting a AE82 chassis manual and 4AGE manual of another toyota? Many thanks. Quote
Johno Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Ae82 workshop manual's cover both 4ac and twincam 4age engines. Quote
Hiro Protagonist Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Ae82 workshop manual's cover both 4ac and twincam 4age engines. Kinda yes, kinda not. The Gregorys manual does not cover the 4AGE/Twincam models, the Ellerys does cover 4AGE but it also does AE92 models as well so most of the information is vague - the Toyota yellow chassis book does cover both 4AGE and 4AC/2AC models but for some reason only lists rear drum brakes (where the ADM Twincam models had rear discs). Basically the Toyota yellow and blue books (chassis and engine) will cover most of what you need, and you either scope out the Ellerys manual for the rear discs or just wing it. Quote
Clown Posted September 5, 2009 Author Report Posted September 5, 2009 The ae80's have 3au engines. Well my mates does anyway. Quote
Hiro Protagonist Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 The ae80's have 3au engines. Well my mates does anyway. ADM ones had the 1.3L 2AC standard, 1.5L 3A was for the AL25 Tercel wagon etc. Quote
