steve_tm Posted May 9, 2009 Report Posted May 9, 2009 Hey all been kicking around here on and off for a while, couple of questions here and there! thoughd i'd post up of what ive got Had this KE-20 for 7 years and over th last year started doing some stuff to it. It got given to me from my great Arnt, so its been in th family since new Its pretty mch original just with a few changes. Engine. -Was a 3K 3 (inculding reverse) speed auto -Now a 5K, shaved heads, mild cam, extractors with a 2" exaust. managed to get a T-50 box for it with th adapter, yay! still a stock carby Interior. - Pretty mch the same as 1973 but now manual, and going to change th stereo over, still havent decided where to put th new head unit tho - Dash is in overrated condition except for a small crack forming down th bottom right corner which i need to find something to fill - Still orginal seats, no rips or anything Suspension -All stock Wheels. -Stock Exterior. - Straight with no rust except for stone chips here and there - Few small dings from carpark cars, pull them out later! - Just replaced the front and rear window seals Future Plans. - Get some mags, hopefully superlites, looking at 13" and running as wide as i can, jst something to fill thos guards, haha - Install new stereo system - Lower it - KE-55 front break conversion - Replace th stock carby with a webber or something along thos lines - pull out any car park dings - might put the aircon unit back in, maybe, that would be one of th last things - Paint a few of th front guards around th lights Here is a couple of shots, get some more later when i've tidyed it up a bit Quote
