Turbo smart duel stage boost controller and BOV, Turbo timer, Aurad Front mount intercooler & twin thermo fans, 9mm leads, strut brace, sports exhaust, lowerd king springs, 4wheel disc brakes, TRD (toyota racing development) 16" alloys with 205/45/r16s

Power steering and mirrors, sports steering wheel, Pioneer Flip Bluetooth Cd player , pioneer front speakers (splitters), Kenwood 6x9s and pioneer amp & 12"sub in box. Interior is covered with blue suede except the race seats, autogauge 5" shift light tacho, auto meter sports comp boost, oil pressure, airfuel ratio gauges, speco oil temp and fuel pressure gauges.

I think you're talking about a Starlet turbo aren't you?

Need more information, but if its not starting, what other info do you have. Also, what makes you think you've done a turbo seal? You will be seeing copious amounts of smoke if that's the case.

Turbo seal won't make it not start. Like Philby said will just make a smoke screen!!

Hell it'd probably still *idle* will a siezed turbo!!!

"Not starting" is a pretty broad problem. We're not going to be able to help you unless you give us a bit more info....... on the situation, not the car in general. :P
