13BT_KE20 Posted April 23, 2009 Report Posted April 23, 2009 I don't ever want to hear you guys complaining about fuel again. On a country trip last weekend i managed 17-18L/100K
LukeAE71 Posted April 23, 2009 Report Posted April 23, 2009 Luc I have thought about this... I don't have the $2.00 required for the buy in, but I do have the pink slips to the Mazda. If I lose you can have it, but if I win I take the $2.00 and the respect. To some that is worth everything ;) :hmm:
greenmac80 Posted April 23, 2009 Author Report Posted April 23, 2009 haha sif Luke!! can't really bargain with the gf's car!! nah i;ve read the forecasts i'm still gonna cruise but we'll have to be more careful. as said before stay within your limits!! but it is a fun drive!!

13BT_KE20 Posted April 23, 2009 Report Posted April 23, 2009 hey ryan (13b man) you gonna come?? sorry I'm already double booked for fri night, triple if you include this, so i wont be able to make it. Prob best anyway as ive got traction problems in the dry, in the wet its ridiculus
LukeAE71 Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 I'm out due to the weather. If it is raining anything like it was last night disaster is imminent. I am up for testing out this drive anytime in the dry though no worries :hmm:
greenmac80 Posted April 24, 2009 Author Report Posted April 24, 2009 yep agreed! anyway i couldn't tonight after all i've spent the last night and all of today at the hospital. had to take misses to flinders for surgery. she got acute appendicitis. so atm i'm a wreck. will make the cruise for next friday the 1st of May at 10.30
SLO-030 Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 Greenmac80, I'm sure it is by complete coincidence that the new date for the aformentioned automobile cruise happens to be the same date as the Bi-weekly pizza meet, held in the city. I am hereby suggesting that we can combine these two fine events. Persons wishing to participate in the cruise could gather at thy Pizza House. Everyone can enjoy one enothers company, consume fine pizza and beverages and participate in the SEGA style gaming machines before participating in the cruise. We all know we can pilot our automobiles on and empty stomach. Regards, SLO-030
