towe001 Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 FWD are gay. You only think that cause you can't shove macca's trays under your back wheels :hammer: Quote
SLO-030 Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 You only think that cause you can't shove macca's trays under your back wheels :hammer: don't need maccas trays if you have RWD :y: Might try and chase up some KR42's Quote
nikctime21 Posted April 15, 2009 Author Report Posted April 15, 2009 so what saab use the same stud pattern what??? :hammer: I'm looking for the same thing found hyandai ones but had the wrong offset and looked like crap so now I'm still chasing too Yeh the ones I'm getting are of a SAAB 900. 114.3 PCD x 4 studs There those ugly boxy looking early 80's SAAB's, should be plenty at the wreckers. Best bit is they are RWD so look the part. Quote
Hiro Protagonist Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 Best bit is they are RWD so look the part. SAABs are FWD....they just might happen to have a RWD-style offset. These days FWD and RWD have very similar offsets, its only when you go back and look at older cars that there is a significant difference between the two. Quote

nikctime21 Posted April 19, 2009 Author Report Posted April 19, 2009 i picked up the rims today and they fit sweet, very close to the strut tower mind you, so ill be running some 8mm spacers but that should do the trick hopefully. Nice and tight with some 185/50/15! Quote
muzke30 Posted April 19, 2009 Report Posted April 19, 2009 (edited) most likely be 4x100 pcd ah k thought so pretty much only pre 90s cars would have a 114.3 PCD offset Do u have any pics of rims as yet nikctime21 ? id like to see them cheers Edited April 19, 2009 by muzke30 Quote

SLO-030 Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 http://www.rollaclub.com/board/index.php?s...st&p=337496 These have a pretty FWDish offset and are said to not even be able to get on the hub properly as the tyre hits the strut. Quote
nikctime21 Posted April 20, 2009 Author Report Posted April 20, 2009 pics of said saab 'chaser rims' please This is them from the ebay, i test fitted them the other day. I'm going to run them with 8mm spacers cause they are quite close to the strut and id rather avoid it hitting them. Quote

Silver gloss with normal tires 2. Matte black and a thin white wall 3. Gloss black with a red wall 4. Gloss red with a white wall Quote
