Fosc Bathurst 09

Took the KE17 for a run to Bathurst to check out the racing and look who i ran into, al the way from SA! I found out that i could have run my Sprinter, next year i'm there!!!!!!! :D

Geez the fat ugly guy really stuffed up the photo :), had a ball guys and good talking to you guys, I would drive 5000kms to race there again. The cars went well all weekend but I need to be more agressive over the top and through the chase and brake properly. I was braking like a nana and coasting into the corners. Anyway I have set a benchmark time and hope to crack a high 40 low 50 for next year

What speeds were you and your brothers? getting down conrod?

 

I want to take my rolla there but I'm affriad i'll either:

 

a) blow it up

 

b) do over 250km/h

about 220 down conrod, probably 230 would be a acheivable but I was going through forrest elbow very gay, i was pulling about 8500rpm, my engine is a import motor that has never been freshened and reved to 9200rpm on a regular basis and is still going mate.

 

The nephews in their 3sgte turbo rollas were pulling over 250kph down conrod :P

In my 3k ke25....i can get to 85mph down conrod!!!

 

Cuzzo, What sort of racing would you be doing at bathurst? Supersprints, or full circuit? Just wondering as there isnt much full circuit racing up here.
