alex.wilson Posted April 5, 2009 Report Posted April 5, 2009 Do Hyundai Excel Rims fit onto T-18 (TE72)? Or does anyone know of any black 16's or 17's with a polished lip that fit? cheers. Quote
Jason KE30 Posted April 5, 2009 Report Posted April 5, 2009 Why would you want hyundai rims on a corolla man? If you're gonna get wheels make sure they aren't front wheel drive offset and personally I think that wheels that fit the era of the car go wayy better than later model wheels :y: Quote
punchy111 Posted April 5, 2009 Report Posted April 5, 2009 ^^ yea go with older style. look much better :y: Quote
alex.wilson Posted April 5, 2009 Author Report Posted April 5, 2009 ^^ yea go with older style. look much better :y: yeah but every one goes for the older style, i havnt seen a T-18 yet that doesnt have older style wheels. Quote

drc_ke20 Posted April 5, 2009 Report Posted April 5, 2009 hyundai excel pcd is 4x114.3 so it would fit no probs. its your choice of wheels bro do what you want not what others like at the end of the day its your car! Quote
white_sandshoe Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 From what I've heard, Hyundai Excels are hard to find rims for... Apparently they are 4x114.3 with a RWD offset... strange stuff, considering the sea of FWD offset rims around... Quote

From what I've seen, people have NO trouble whatsoever finding wheels for Excels.....they just always seem to be BFFO (Big Fat F*ck Off) chromies to match the twin fart cannons and stupid bodykit. SLO-030 Posted June 18, 2011 Report Posted June 18, 2011 (edited) 78-84 Corolla stock wheels are 13" and 114.3 pcd. KE30/35/36/38/55/70/71 Pretty sure you'll have rubbing issues on the front with the Excel wheels. Should be able to use them on the rear. But corolla wheels would be much more suitable.
