dfunkt Posted March 25, 2009 Report Posted March 25, 2009 ke20's have a cable clutch from factory. most likely the clutch master is from the ta22. Quote
djbausch Posted March 25, 2009 Author Report Posted March 25, 2009 That makes things a bit easier thanks. BTW do all ke20's have cable clutch or just the early models? Quote
dfunkt Posted March 25, 2009 Report Posted March 25, 2009 all ke20's haev cable clutch. the te27 however had a hydrolic clutch (as they ran a 2t engine like the ta22) Quote
djbausch Posted March 25, 2009 Author Report Posted March 25, 2009 yeah thats what ive got. okies thanks for the info dude. Quote
Redwarf Posted March 25, 2009 Report Posted March 25, 2009 Given that I could probably count the amount of TE27's in this country on one hand, I'd guess that it's not a 27. All Aus delivered KE20's had a cable clutch. Give us a picture and we'll have a look at what it is. I had a hydraulic master in one car that was not even OEM Toyota, thus it could be anything. Quote
djbausch Posted March 25, 2009 Author Report Posted March 25, 2009 Yeah cool i might do that to be sure Quote
