Ahh so he finally sold this car. I remember seeing a build thread of it somewhere and it looks tough as.

I will start packing the shocks up and ready for postage for you mate.

Located in Adelaide :P

It does need the rear guards rolled a tiny bit more, theres about 2mm clearance between guards and rear tyres atm lol

Been driving it for the past 2 days and loving the thing although I have found out I need a diff but no real biggie

which poses the question, can I just put a T-series diff in with the 4k for now? will need a t-series diff with planned engine

anyway...

ah yeer and its my bday today been drinking all day haha yew lovin it

Cheers, Ben.

Haha cheers Nick I still a little hungover, even after working from 9am-2pm lol

Well the problem was supposedly the rear right wheel bearing, but yesterday I had a good look and sussed it out. Me and the old man reckon its the actual diff

Just makes a not so great noise while driving

oh and rhs rear guard fixed with just a little bit of hammer love

Cheers, Ben.

picked up an AE86 Cusco strut brace yesterday, and its about 6mm too short gah

it is an adjustable item, and I have the bar on the very end of both threads without it falling out. Still need to get another 5+mm

Is there a trick to getting it on

Cheers, Ben.

Strut brace has no way of fitting, either gonna sell it or swap for another cusco one.

what section of the front guards do you guys cut to get clearence for wide neg offset rims, having a look where the scrub its the bottom 6inches or so in front of the wheel?

also what mods need to be done to fit jdm quads and grille?

may have a bride fixed back and front coil overs lined up..

oh and still no pics gah

Cheers, Ben.

Haha yeah like I said last time I saw you Luke I love my beige KE70's, my old one was the same colour RIP

What you got planned for your wags?

immediate plans for the 70 at the moment are:

- fit up my chrome t18 bumpers (need t18 rear bumper brackets)

- fit jdm quadlights and grille

- fender mirrors

- fit bride fixed back seat

- ae86 coilovers, 8kg spring rate, camber tops

- 6kg rear springs

- and the wheels will be replaced...

Cheers, Ben.
