ancullen Posted April 27, 2005 Author Report Posted April 27, 2005 tough? the previous model never looked tough! f250, now thats tough! Come off it!!! We've got a current model F250 in with the 7.3L turbo-diesel. A 3.0L non-turbo, previous model Hilux would probably flog it. And if you want that much space on your tray, buy a tilt tray truck or similar. At least that way you can fit your car on the back. By the way, if anyone does want to buy an F250, you're an idiot, but aside from that, we've got one for sale. It's about $60,000. What a friggin' rip-off. And the F250 doesn't look tough, just big. Don't confuse the two. That's how Toyota ended up with the current model Hilux. Quote
Mr Revhead[RL] Posted April 27, 2005 Report Posted April 27, 2005 try taking the handbrake off!! f250s waaaaaaaay out grunt hiluxs! the currant model hilux loooks good, in sr5 form, must have the colour coded bumpers though. the demand was for bigger hiluxs, also more power.... but they still don't tow enough Quote
ancullen Posted April 27, 2005 Author Report Posted April 27, 2005 For pulling power maybe. The Hilux should out accelerate the F250 though. The F150 Lightning however... Quote
