shauns ke30 Posted February 8, 2009 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 Hay all I recently bought a 5k that had a blowen head gasget!!! I have now went and got the 5k head shaved. And got a new head gasget. I put the head on myself and done the following!!! 20nm allround 40nm allround and 62nm allround and followed the right paten.. Now I have put the 5k in my ke30 its all going everythink is good but the motor is making a funny sound through the exhaust it maks a poping noise???? Hear ill show you Rmmmmmpoppoprmmmpoprmmpoppoppoprmmmmmpoprmpoprmmrmmm haha lol And when I put my foot flat it just splaters and sorta choks its self??? I don't think its the head gasget coz I have been driven it to work and I've been checking the oil cap a lot to see if any white milky oil is on the bottom of the cap but its clean lol.
