Hey,

Just pulled out the 4k for a new clutch and seals... now she's back in but there's a wire that i have NO idea where it goes, for the gearbox I'm guessing.

Ok it's a ke70 4 speed and it has the two wires for reverse that go into solenoid (or what ever that white thing is) then there's a blue wire that has a green connection onto the loom and from what i can tell its supposed to be attached to gearbox some where?? Can SOMEONE please tell me or have a look at their ke70 4 speed and see what wires they have connected?? :) :no2:

Thanks a heap

i did a 5 speed conversion on my ke70 just before christmas and my k40 only had the two wires that yours had pluged in which had been fine for 25 years and that 3rd wire is to do with a 5 speed so leave it and don't worry. I don't think they do much any way except the lights for reverse.

Cheers David
