rolla bowla Posted August 25, 2005 Report Posted August 25, 2005 went up there today, the body was good but the chasis rails were sowing signs of rust so i left it, if i put the whole thing back togeather and couldnt get it over the pits i would have to shoot myself. cheers for the info though. Quote
Ratty Posted August 25, 2005 Report Posted August 25, 2005 what did the pits say? what do u have to fix? Quote
rolla bowla Posted August 25, 2005 Report Posted August 25, 2005 na, i went up to two rocks to look at a coupe that apparantly had no rust, however the chasis rails had some so my mate talked me out of it in the fear of not getting it over the pits, as it was unregoed. hey ratty do you know what seats will fit into a ke35, maybe celica? Quote
Ratty Posted August 25, 2005 Report Posted August 25, 2005 hey rollabowla most small seats will fit in the ke35 and other ke30's but its the seat brackets or rails should i say that will need to be bolted or welded to the floor of your rolla as long as the seats fit inbetween the hand brake and doors (not to wide ) its just a trial and error really just measure up the room you have and finding a seat to fit, just make sure when you get seats for your rolla you grab the seat rails aswell and its as easy as bolting them or welding the rails to the floor. there was a thread on rollaclub that ford falcon seats fit into ke model rollas but I'm not sure if it was true or not just measeure it up and go from there good luck :D Quote
Dan Posted August 26, 2005 Report Posted August 26, 2005 yeah, i thought that would be the case. beware of an unlicensed 'project' in primer, its probably just had a bogjob over the rust on the panels... was skeptical... but yeah, anyway. have a good one! Quote

Dan Posted August 29, 2005 Report Posted August 29, 2005 jesus, thats overrated... can't wait to see it when finished, it'll go awesome... with my taillights, the lenses are good, but the surrounds need a bit of a paintjob, easy enough... Quote
