Johno Posted January 23, 2009 Report Posted January 23, 2009 I want a heaps good dash! Whats this special suncreen stuff called? My daily dash is heaps dirty. I got my doubts about "Armor All" on dashes. Great for everything else, just not dash boards. Quote

SLO-030 Posted January 23, 2009 Report Posted January 23, 2009 AA dries stuff out like shit. LOL happy juice. Quote
Johno Posted January 23, 2009 Report Posted January 23, 2009 What about just regular Spf 30+ sunscreen that you use for yourself at the beach? You did say "Cream" :) Please don't tell me its "happy cream" Quote
Murd 55 Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 just use trim stuff. you just have to remember to keep doing it to keep the moisture in or else it will dry up and crack, also dashmats are a must! Quote

I think they trap the heat in once they get hot and make the dash more prone to cracking Quote
ke rollin 20 Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 i don't agree with dash mats. I think they trap the heat in once they get hot and make the dash more prone to cracking hmmm thats a good opinion iv never thought about that. Quote
Kid-Ae Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 They stop direct sunlight penetrating the dash itself and prolong the life of your dash by reducing the risk of cracking. Woolen underlay dashmats keep the heat off the dash and in the mat. :hmm: Quote
Johno Posted January 27, 2009 Report Posted January 27, 2009 Hey rolla boys back! ^^ I don't think dash matt's are that good, I have only used them to cover up cracks. When I put a dash matt on I found it cracked up twice as fast. Quote
