the price of living close handy to the holdens plant in adelaide and being a mad holden supporter at one stage, but i saw the light when i bought my first corolla quite a few years ago :y:

:y: thats not possible! if you arent a holden bloke anymore then you never were :D hahaha

Ive got a yard full of toyotas and holdens, thats about it (well for cars anyway!)

Those arab blokes are absolute nutters. They will throw BBCs in anything, there are videos getting around of a few brand new mercs with 400+ci chevies in them drifting along the desert highways, never really made sense when some of the new euro engines rev harder and are lighter..... spose they just want to be diferent hey!

bahaha there still crazy but i got really confused beacuse it looked like a camry and it is sideways to the point were only a rearwheel drive car could pull it back but i didnt see a diff unless they have got the brakes set up so that there is no front braking power all to the rear!!!

It's easy to slide a FWD car, just not in the same way as a RWD car. And once the slide is started, you pull it back by having the front wheels point in the direction of travel (ie opposite lock) and push the throttle, the whole car will automatically centre (like a giant shopping trolley wheel), the back end is essentially being pulled by the front (hence why FWD cars are often called bum-draggers).

And 100% rear-wheel brake bias is incredibly easy to achieve, it's called a handbrake :y:

yeah but it don't look like there using the hand brake at all maybe to initiate the drift but not the whole way through!!!! beacuse they hold the brakes on alot aswell

They're just using weight transfer to their advantage, for the most part they aren't using the handbrake at all, just big transitions on sloppy suspension, using the brakes a little to keep the weight on the side that's sliding for the next transition..........

At least it seems that way from the cars movement.......

Most likely for weight-transfer. Hitting the brakes will shift the weight forward, lightening the rear wheels and making it easier for them to slide (same way that FWD cars power-off oversteer when you get off the throttle mid-corner)

ah ok fair enough well aslong as it works i wanna try it now :y: even though i don't hav a fwd car i still wanna try it, it looks lk fun :y:

A Hive-mind is a group of minds that collectively think about things instead of thinking individually. Often seen in science-fiction movies, like the Borg in Star Trek for instance.

So the comment is about how me and Toy-Yoda said essentially the same thing at the same time, as if we were thinking collectively.
