Tally Posted January 2, 2009 Report Posted January 2, 2009 Hey guys Well its time to change my timing chain and tentioner. My question is would my 1982 KE70 have a single or double row timing chain? The FAQ states some 4Ks had single, making me come to the conclusion that most are double... The FAQ also states that double is better. Makes sense... so whats the deal guys? Cheers Tally Quote
Raven Posted January 2, 2009 Report Posted January 2, 2009 The 4K and 5K are a single row timing chain setup. The 3K is a double row. Quote
SLO-030 Posted January 2, 2009 Report Posted January 2, 2009 (edited) My new 4k has a double row. and did before i pulled it apart. I have a 3k double row timing chain here if you have a single row and wanna upgrade. Edited January 2, 2009 by SLO-030 Quote
