toms.AE71 Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 (edited) hi all, I put another engine in my Rolla but can't get it running properly, it starts up but when I go to turn it off it keeps running and the only way to stop it is to drop the clutch. Anyone got any suggestions, or willing to help/have a look at it for me? I live in Salisbury Heights. I haven't driven it on the road yet so I don't know how it goes. SLO-030 Posted January 2, 2009 Report Posted January 2, 2009 Check the wiring for the coil. Looks as if the wiring has been done in a way that the coil gets constant power and not turned off when the key is turned from ON. Quote
Valandor Posted January 3, 2009 Report Posted January 3, 2009 had the same thing in my ke70 when i put a 4ac into her. turned out the fuel mixture was to rich and timing was out so i'd start looking there. Quote
