TRD ke70 Posted January 22, 2011 Author Report Posted January 22, 2011 Come on Dave, you know alloy bolts are a good thing!! :lolcry: Started on the mounts for the light bar today. I need to do a few mods to it and the bumper, but should work out good. Tony has finished the mounting of the rear bumper, so tomorrow they'll get chromed. Can't wait to see how they come out. :hmm: Quote

TRD ke70 Posted January 23, 2011 Author Report Posted January 23, 2011 Thanks Jimi and Willis. We didn't manage to get the bumpers finished to day, Tony is now working on making moulds for glass bar ends now!! :hmm: Seemed to think they'll be lighter than the originals, with only one layer or glass. I've finished the mounting of the light bar, decided on just modding the one we have and not making a light pod. Had a closer look at the exhaust today, nice bit of work, just have to wait and see if it handles the pounding it's going to get. Quote

Letting you guys know you've got another supporter for finishing this off and getting out there and punching above your weight, showing some bigger power fellas how its done :laff: Is there going to be mass foggies on the light bar? or just some lil pencil beams? Brand new rear main seal was leaking!! Hoping to finish the mould for the sump guard this weekend, so could have a nice carbon/kevlar sump guard next weekend!! Thanks Jimi, hoping to drive it real soon, have had it running a few times over the last week and it sounds stronger and stronger every time we run it. Quote
