ke20trav Posted January 25, 2009 Author Report Posted January 25, 2009 Putting together. Done! Stock carb staying on while running in then a renault 1600 carb to replace. Sounds lumpy as hell with the cam profile. Quote
madmax7 Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 that looks good the timing cover and rocker cover came up nice how long did you spend on them Quote
philbey Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 Trav what cam grind did you get? I fired up the 5k the other day straight out the headers, sounded lumpyish. Hard to tell out the headers though! I'll be spending all day thursday working on it if you're free. Going to fit a thermo and the pedal box gear and cut the tunnel, so we should have it driving by the end of the day. Quote

Used some air tool with a mini buff/sanding disc on it. Made it a LOT easier. Could spend longer but it will just get dirty anyway. Quote
