Grifty Posted December 22, 2008 Report Posted December 22, 2008 Hey guys, i am wondering if it is possible to get a headlight on warning after the ignition has been turned of out of another car e.g. a falcon and install it into a AE92? it really bothers me that i accidently leave the headlights on overnight then have to come out in the morning and jump start it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Quote
Medicine_Man Posted December 22, 2008 Report Posted December 22, 2008 Yeah, Pretty sure you can buy aftermarket kits and fit them to the park light circuit, Not hard to do really.. Quote
Grifty Posted December 22, 2008 Author Report Posted December 22, 2008 would you be able to provide me with any links to these kits? Thanks Quote
Trev Posted December 22, 2008 Report Posted December 22, 2008 Your local auto shop will/should have them, They are just a buzzer, As Justin said they are easy to install. Quote

orangeLJ Posted December 23, 2008 Report Posted December 23, 2008 AE92 SXs have it STD from what I know? maybe try to find one and retrofit it. It couldnt be too hard to make, from what I can tell, if there is power to the lights, no power to the ignition circuit and a door is opened (door light circuit) then the buzzer goes. Quote
Grifty Posted December 23, 2008 Author Report Posted December 23, 2008 well i found one a jaycar for $24 so ill pick that up, assemble it and see how it goes. Quote
