Tonight I Race A Turbo Exa.

No I'm not racing a mountain pass. Darwin does not have them.

I have an AE86 with a 100kw 4ag.

The exa has a ca18det with no intercooler.

reckon i have a chance.

on a straight road, the only hope you have is he'll fry a piston,get him to race you though some corners, the AE86 is a well balanced car, i've see videos of AE86's beating R34 skyline's across twisty roads.

 

from standing start you might get the jump, corolla transfers power to the road better.(weight transfer to driving wheels).

as much as i hate them, exas haul ass, even morseo with a CA in it. it will have more torque and more top end than you. and less drivetrain loss

 

unless this guy can't put the power down (which is another thing about exas, being wrong wheel drive) you're in for a smokin

Front wheel drive is supposed to be faster out of the corner if you know how to drive it.

 

Aus spec 100kw AE86 conversion with stock suspension would probably lose as well. Add some suspension parts and it will corner better, my money is still on the EXA.

yip they are, but you have to know how left foot brake, well known for understeering badly with the power on, my money is on the AE86 in twisty stuff but the EXA will kick ass on the straights. if he's smart he'll remove the rear bar for side ways traction.

Unfortunately, whoever this person is, they won't be smart, because if my prediction is correct, DEEONE and the other guy will be racing in the Darwin street drags. That is, the Darwin illegal street drags that EVERYONE knows about, especially the police, who sit on a hill above them and film everything. Surprisingly they don't drive down and charge everyone, but instead keep film footage in case of any dubious calls on Monday morning with claims of cars being stolen and written off, when in actual fact some idiot just took their own car racing and forked up.

P.S. I hope the pissy little Nissan piece of crap flogged your 86 just to teach you a lesson. If it didn't, then bring your car to the next Hidden Valley race meet so my mate's Torana can wipe the floor with your Sprinter. It'll be a completely unfair race, but you need a beating, just to keep you in line. :D

Well Guess what no one would take me to get my car. So the race didn't end up happening. Sucks cause i found out that the exa had almost blown drive shafts so he couldn't launch his car. I would of flogged it. P.S Ancullen dude where i race at there is no hill just wide open roads. Nothing but security guards go through there and they love watching races.
