I'm in the middle of putting Ae86 coilovers into my ke30 but so far the problems i have found are this the sub axle on the Ae86 is 20mm longer then ke30 and Ae71 and also where the strut bolts to the steering arm is different too, I'm thinking about using Ae86 steering arms and Lca's if any one has any in experience with this feel free to share, also i believe i might be able to use the xt130 corona steering arms?

hey man

you will need sprinter brakes or similar, perhaps look into ra40/xt130 brakes? not sure if they bolt on, but its worth finding out as they can be obtained cheap.

and also with the steering arms the reason the ke30 ones don't line up is because you have gone for biggr diameter strut, so yep use the 86 steering arms.

use the ke30 control arms tho, because as far as i know 86 ones are shorter and wil give you positive camber. just changeing the steering arm onto the ke30 control arm wil allow you to use the struts, you can keep your original control arms

and the question about useing xt130 steering arms, yes they will work, as will ra40 ones, howver you will have less steering lock than if you use ae86 steering arms, and if you want even more steering lock then hunt down some ae86 power steering arms.

hey i have Ae86 power steering arms and using ae86 front hubs as for brakes i have that under control 2 pot mazda fc calipers and rotors.( modified to fit of course) as for Lca's you can get adjustable ae86 ones, I guess it's just a matter of taking measurments.
