JiP Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Why should we! No need for it in my opinion and i'm sure that if we have another vote for it like back in 92, we'll have the same result. Quote
Hiro Protagonist Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Conformist... The fact that I have 2 hours of sunlight after I get home from work means that I don't care if I'm a conformist :yak: Quote
dfunkt Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 In some places it's needed, other's it's not. Near the equator and the poles it's not necessary, but in the middle band it's very useful. Quote

Kinda interesting in some ways cause the mexicans that i've been talking to moved up this way to get away from daylight savings Besides it means there's less night time drunking hours Quote
JiP Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Jons been drunk alot since ive been away. ahaha Well I'll be getting really drunk over the JiP's Birthday Long Weekend. But I'll be out and I doubt I'll be replying in here ;) Quote
Hiro Protagonist Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Kinda interesting in some ways cause the mexicans that i've been talking to moved up this way to get away from daylight savings Besides it means there's less night time drunking hours Funnily enough the Canadians that come down here seem to love it (I work in a company that has an office in Mackay as well, so there are often people going in-between).... True, less night-time drinking hours, but we have curfew here so we all just start earlier. Nothing wrong with drinking whilst it's still daylight, especially if it's the first one after work. Quote
7shades Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Still light at 8pm up here. We have more than enough daylight... saving it would just be greedy ;) Makes sense south of the border though. Quote
towe001 Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 But Canadians are just plainly funny Quote
