tuf513 Posted November 21, 2008 Report Posted November 21, 2008 (edited) hi all i just thought since I'm always buming around looking at this forum i might as well show my car a 91 ae92 corolla which is currently getting its turbo conversion and motor built it should be finished in around 2 weeks Engine: 4age forged wisco pistons 40th over spool I beam rods fully balanced and x-rayed crank fully blue printed bottom end arp rod and main studs and bolts acl race series bearings fully ported and polished head 3 angle valve cut k lined crow 270in and 270ex cams fidanza cam gears i think its brian crower valves and valve springs oversized arp head studs cometics head gaskit garret 3071 turbo with .56 rear housing tiel 38mm waste gate custom mr enforcer plenum and fuel rail hypertune throttle 70mm custom mr enforcer radiator 750cc msd injectors walbro 550hp intank fuel pump sard fuel reg custom intercooler and piping kn air filter msd coils ems computer Exhaust: full 3in turbo back ceremic coated steam pipe manifold Suspension: g4 coilovers whiteline swaybars front and back whiteline strutbraces front and back whiteline poly urathane bushs on nearly everything Wheels and brakes: konig unknown 17in rims toyo proxes tyres dba slotted and cross drilled front rotors dba slotted rear rotors green stuff brake pads braided brake lines dot 5 fluid Modifications: fully rebuilt 4agze lsd gearbox 1.5 kaaz lsd trd short shift kit bigger drive shafts wrx sti seats momo stearing wheel apexi rsm Stereo Audio / Visual: alpine tv/cd/ipod player alpine centre speaker focal 6 1/5in splits front and back doors focal 11in subs alpine monoblock amp alpine digital theater amp stinger and rockford fosgate wireing and fuses boxs oddasy battery full custom fibre glass boot incloser Estimated Power: hoping for around 240 - 260kw at the wheels future mods include a full bare metal respray custom interior some new wheels some bigger brakes probably brembos I'm also sure iv forgoten a heap of stuff aswell mechanicals done by incar in smithfeild audio done by automotive liverpool motor just after being built Edited November 24, 2008 by tuf513 Quote
