13BT_KE20 Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 Does anybody have any official or rough figures or fuel consumption? L per 100k's? i go through roughly 18-20L per 100k's Going through the hills i can easily go through 25+L per 100K's Quote
the_random_hero Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 (edited) It depends largely if it's turbo/NA, what sort of porting and how well the tune is. They are quite thirsty engines, 14L/100kms would be sort of fuel efficient for a "race"-ported NA setup. Edited November 14, 2008 by the_random_hero Quote

Rich_Rolla Posted November 15, 2008 Author Report Posted November 15, 2008 if you worry about fuel comsumption, don't buy a rotary. I don't really worry. But I want it as a daily driver. Looking at those figures I think I might stick to my v8's. Quote

And ofcourse a motor that revs to 10,000rpm is going to chew the fuel to do so! Quote

Sim Posted November 16, 2008 Report Posted November 16, 2008 i use just as much fuel in my carby 13b then i did with my efi 5L in my old stato, i agree with Taz_Rx, depends on ur driving style. Quote
