rolla_boy70 Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 Well my brother has a KE38 wagon which is the same to KE30/55. it all ready has coil overs in the front but he wants a Strut brace as well i was wondering if AE86/KE70 ones fit. i have a KE70 and i will measure the distance between the bolt holes compared to the wagon tomorrow but i was wondering if anyone has ever put a strut brace on a KE30/55 before. DearmanKE Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 y don't you just try and fit it? Quote
KE555k Posted November 3, 2008 Report Posted November 3, 2008 I guess he didn't have access to either or both or the cars at the time, that or he's just lazy haha. I'm quite interested also, I'd love a strut brace in my ke35, anyone had any luck? Quote
Smithius Posted November 3, 2008 Report Posted November 3, 2008 First off, i don't have a strut brace yet. I wanted to know before i payed out for one. My brother has measured both cars now and the ke70 is around 30mm wider than the ke38 Quote
towe001 Posted November 3, 2008 Report Posted November 3, 2008 When i had the ae82 twincam i made one from a strut brace for a lancer and redid the brace mounts Quote

silverra23 Posted November 5, 2008 Report Posted November 5, 2008 (edited) My club car KE35 has a Cusco brace on it I purchased through ###### in Adelaide. Took a while to get it but it was well priced at the time. Seems that company name gets editted here.. not sure on the history of that. PM me for the name if you are interested.
