Front Springs On Ae86 Struts

ok this has probably been asked before, but i bought weld on coilover kit the other day and i need to know what springs i can use in it on the front struts that are about 7kg, and only drop height by max 6cm

 

and what kyb shock should i get to suit that?

ps i totally don't know lots on suspension, only basics and the thread on ae86 about suspension is soo long so i get confused ahaha

wats the OD of the coilover kit?

lovell make coilover springs to suit many sizes

lovell, ok will check em out, what free height should i get to drop it max 6 cm on 7kg springs?

 

also to add, would prefer best bang for buck kinda thing, ie cheap but tops
