fresnoboi Posted October 17, 2008 Report Posted October 17, 2008 (edited) well anyways I'm totally new to corollas..as of my new project that i just bought is a 1974 corolla, KE20. and i really want to throw in a sr20 on it, but my problem is that i am a big time civic fan and know nothing about rwd. can any one help me with the fiting i need and clearance for sr20 in a kE20. and what kind of wiring will i need. My biggiest concern is motor mount, and clearance. i done engine swap a lot so i m familiar with pulling motor out and putting it in. Edited September 12, 2009 by fresnoboi Quote
Jono Posted October 17, 2008 Report Posted October 17, 2008 tranny tunnel will need a 'massage' with a hammer more than likely to fit the gearbox. as for the mounts, just lower the motor into the bay with the gearbox attached and in position, then make them up. Quote
