well anyways I'm totally new to corollas..as of my new project that i just bought is a 1974 corolla, KE20. and i really want to throw in a sr20 on it, but my problem is that i am a big time civic fan and know nothing about rwd. can any one help me with the fiting i need and clearance for sr20 in a kE20. and what kind of wiring will i need. My biggiest concern is motor mount, and clearance. i done engine swap a lot so i m familiar with pulling motor out and putting it in.

tranny tunnel will need a 'massage' with a hammer more than likely to fit the gearbox. as for the mounts, just lower the motor into the bay with the gearbox attached and in position, then make them up.
