Hi guys,

i have had a search through but couldn't find an answer.

I know that the ke70 shares some things in common with the ae86 but what i really want to know is

is it at all possible to buy a ae86 front cut and transfer the entire crossmember, suspension, motor,

gearbox etc over to my ke70. If it is possible it will be alot easier than trying to source ae70 parts and then doing conversion.

Thanks in advance,

Nathan

Id say you could use all of it aye, ae86's came out with a 4ac in australia though not a 4age.

most things could be used, don't hold me to it though as i have not done the conversion.

a good friend of mine is bringing in a container from japan so he said that if i need anything i can put in for frieght

and get it into the container.

so my options are endless as far as jap ae86's go ie aftermarket turbo setups, supercharger setups,

hi-po N/A 4a's. Whatever i can afford really.

all suspension is interchangable as is the running gear

yes you can get a front cut and swap everything over, cuz the x member will bolt up.

sweet that is all good. thanks overgrown.

i just want the car as a daily with a little more poke. the stock 4k is stupidly slow verging on dangerous when trying to get up to speed and merging into fast moving traffic.

i have got a track spec jza70 supra so that is my play toy for weekends.
