My new weber didn't have a spot for the pcv valve and I would have to make one up on the manifold. My question is; whats the service interval for oil changes without the pcv valve? If its really low I will get the manifold sorted to take the valve, if its not so bad I just won't worry about it.

You mean the one off the tappet cover?

Can you t-piece it into the brake boost line?

Yeah off the tappet cover. It used to go into the standard carby but with the weber there is no spot for it and i was told it should go into the inlet manifold

is the one at the back of the cover, and it goes into the plate between the manifold and stock carby?

If so id try what TAZ said... maybe T piece it... or take the weber adapter plate and get a bit of pipe welded to the side of that like the stock carby one

don't forget there is 2 on the tappet cover... one at the rear... and one around the middle.. I'm pretty sure the one in the middle goes to airfilter under the assembly.

The one at the rear goes to the pipe coming out of the plate between manifold and stock carby..

I'm sure... not 100%...

The one that goes from the air filter housing to the rocker cover is the oil breather hose, thats where the air gets sucked in to circulate throug the block/head. The vapour then goes through the PCV valve into the carby (vacuum in the manifold/venturi opens the valve and sucks the vapour in)
