beerhead Posted August 27, 2008 Report Posted August 27, 2008 Make sure you spray the bolts every day with WD for a week before this, the last time I tried I just sheared off all the bolts. Its not very good for handling though. Reset the leaves, lowering blocks are great if you like axle tramp. Quote

altezzaclub Posted December 22, 2009 Report Posted December 22, 2009 We lowered Kylie's weekend warrior (and stopped the axle-tramp) by cutting a spare leaf in half and fitting it upside down to the front of the pack in her car. We tossed out the bottom leaf to make the room needed, and it worked a beaut. I think we took the number two leaf to cut, whichever one fitted the best, and hit it with a grinder just behind the diff clamp. Rob put a couple of photos up on here somewhere in a post about axle-tramp. Quote
