joshyouwah Posted January 27, 2009 Author Report Posted January 27, 2009 car is now rolling with fresh new front pedders shocks and lowered king springs (H) raises the front up a bit more than before, but this was going to have to happen once i got around to getting some new wheels anyway also, very tempted by this.. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Corolla-KE20-KE30-K...%3A1|240%3A1318 Quote
13BT_KE20 Posted January 27, 2009 Report Posted January 27, 2009 how much did the shocks/springs set you back? Quote
joshyouwah Posted January 27, 2009 Author Report Posted January 27, 2009 how much did the shocks/springs set you back? too much $300 for the shock inserts, and i think it was $130 for the springs. well worth it though, makes a world of difference. Quote

Did you get a price for the rears? I'm interested to know what rrp is for them :D Quote

joshyouwah Posted January 28, 2009 Author Report Posted January 28, 2009 just got a present in the mail so shiny :D Quote

I got my stuff at trade price tho news wheels should look wicked! Edited January 28, 2009 by 13BT_KE20 Quote
joshyouwah Posted February 11, 2009 Author Report Posted February 11, 2009 (edited) UPDATE! Just joshing :) i bought an old ke20 rust bucket. got a few bits and pieces off of it, some needed, some just for the sake of it Picked up some performance challengers off of Ryan (13BT_KE20) stuck them on and gave them a quick coat of paint. the car sits a bit higher at the front now, i don't really want to raise the rear up any higher, but I'm not really sure what i can do about the front, i was just thinking about cutting a bit off the king springs, would that be a good or bad idea? i don't think i've uploaded a picture of the center console out of the Paseo, but here it is. fits perfectly with a spot for head unit/wallet/phone/even cup holders! and i do recommend it to any ke20 owner who desires a full console Edited February 11, 2009 by joshyouwah Quote
13BT_KE20 Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 kings springs actually have previsions to chop them........ if you look closely at the spring there will be a tiny notch 1 coil doown from the top, this the where you cut IF you so choose too You need to get a pic of the car in better light so show off the wheels, they look pretty good though I'm keen on a few parts from that "rust bucket" if your willing to sell them, ill PM you Quote
