ok, i have recently become the proud owner or a 1980

ke70 twin headlight 68000 original km beauty.

i decided to chuck a 4age in it and being an aprentice mechanic

its not been hard so far, as the dx came with a half stripped ae70

complete with 4 speed k40(not a very common box i have found out)

i decided I'm goin to run with that for a while.

i got a ae82 fx-gt for the engine and loom, buuutt, not being very

clued up in the auto sparky bizzo i just basicly put the hole loom from dash forward

in the dx,

which resulted in a shit load of wiring with more than a few fuse boxes, iv hooked

everything up includind a VL fuel pump , but lo and behold when i wind it over.... no spark.

theres not even any power at the coil which is all plugged in,

apart from getting a ae86 loom how do i sort the wiring out.??

any help and info would be overrated

I just recently explained how to wire somebody's 4AGE from scratch over the telephone, that was very difficult. Many many hours spent on the telephone.

There are so many ways you can stuff it up, as you would have seen there are a lot wires and they've all gotta go somewhere.

I taught myself in how to wire engine conversions, in order to be able to understand this stuff you're going to need to understand basic circuit logic, be able to read wiring diagrams, have a basic understanding of how EFI systems work and spend a long time looking over the appropriate diagrams.

I think to be honest your best bet is to find an auto-sparky and get them to have a look in person.
