I'm a bit fearless when it comes to speed..... but I wouldn't be game to take that down the quarter without a wheelie bar.

to make 1025 at the wheels through a powerglide and 6200rpm convertor you'll be needing over 1300 engine hp, which is well and truely over my goal of 1hp:1kg.

 

can't get wheelie bars under the car as the radiator is back there, it would help but not in the spirit of the car.

 

beerhead i am with you, have be pondering various ways of getting the thing off the line. Still have no idea.

 

If you run the beast on straight methanol, you don't need much of a radiator at all :lol:

Hey mate, am thinking of running it at the boxing day test and tune, probably not that good track prep but itching to see how it feels

For sure. Let us know which events you will be heading to when you are sure whats going on. Your most likely going to have a fan club. :thumbsup:

thats mad you are slightly insane, i think its near the point where wheelie bars are kinda necessary, this car is awesome i actually have the zoom magazine issue where it was back at like 500hp lol and the "poster" framed and on my wall!
