haha, believe me i am currently working out how to get a 7-8" rim on the back that will take a hub cap :jamie:

here is a crappy skid vid from the photo shoot, the 1600cc injectors and all the stop starting i had to do for the shoot fouled the plugs, they cleaned up ok though once i got some boost going. I was supposed to do a static but there was no way the little fronts were going to hold back the 275 et radials lol.

don't get me wrong i like rotors, the standard 12a 6 port i had in it originally was lots of fun, once i started trying to push the 13bt though i wasted alot of money in rebuilds, in my experience they are a real maintenance intensive, and rebuild parts alone cost alot of money. Piston engines can be built stronger and are generally more reliable (can't really get much stronger parts for a rotary as yet). In my case instead of using a small capacity highly stressed 4 cylinder as an alternative i decided to go for a 6 cylinder engine. So far its proved reliable and it already makes more power than the 13b ever could and i am not even leaning on it yet |blink| fingers crossed lol

Drove the ol girl to a local dyno comp on sunday, chucked in some fresh 98 octane, still just running on 16 psi wastegate springs, creeps to 21psi at 8500rpm, netted 516rwhp on a 32 degree day, pretty happy at that :jamie: got to remember the car is hardly running a dyno friendly setup, 4.3 gears, 6k convertor, powerglide etc. No evidence of detonation, probably could of been a bit more agressive with the timing and raised the limiter to 9300 for a bit more but its relatively safe running as it is. So far i am loving the 2jz :no2:
