chester_fb Posted August 5, 2008 Author Report Posted August 5, 2008 (edited) ok excuse my lack of knowledge of carbys, am now getting more confused haha would someone be able to tell me if these are correct, or i am just absolutely wrong  most of the pics of webers i have seen have the "fuel line connection thingo" on the opposite side to mine oh this is an old photo from when i had the old metal fuel line just floating around ok thanks for your help chester Edited August 5, 2008 by chester_fb Quote
Taz_Rx Posted August 5, 2008 Report Posted August 5, 2008 Ah no, did you buy that POS weber off Olly!? If so we tapped a vacuum line into the top of the float bowl as part of a boost conversion. Quote
chester_fb Posted August 5, 2008 Author Report Posted August 5, 2008 i bought it off rollaboy off here, he might have bought it off olly? whats the go with it? Quote
Taz_Rx Posted August 5, 2008 Report Posted August 5, 2008 Pretty sure it is. So the "random vacuum" is the addition I'm talking about - Just block this up. You're right on the fuel line And I think what you have labelled as the "water choke" is actually a vacuum line too. And the jets are far too big for a K. Quote
chester_fb Posted August 5, 2008 Author Report Posted August 5, 2008 ok cheers mate, the other "water chokey vaccuum thingo" has an adjustment screw and it looks like it should be pressurised? Quote
Rob74coupe Posted August 6, 2008 Report Posted August 6, 2008 hey, if it helps I'm pretty sure its a 34 adf carb (or something like that) off a xf falcon. should be easy enough to get jets for, and i think theyre pretty sought after for peoples utes and that cos webber don't make em anymore. rob Quote
