B.L.Z.BUB Posted February 13, 2012 Report Posted February 13, 2012 Theres a button top right that brings up a menu for your profile, log out etc and there is a new content button in there. Quote
ke70dave Posted April 10, 2012 Report Posted April 10, 2012 Is there a "view my content" somewhere on the mobile site too? Quote
Jono.C Posted April 10, 2012 Report Posted April 10, 2012 (edited) Edit, misread. Pretty sure there is if you go on your profile and there's a view users content bit from memory Edited April 10, 2012 by Jono.C Quote
irokin Posted April 10, 2012 Author Report Posted April 10, 2012 Doesn't look like it. The new mobile skin has a search feature added so you could just enter your own name and see them that way. Quote
Jono.C Posted April 10, 2012 Report Posted April 10, 2012 ^ Go to your profile on your phone, scroll to the bottom of your page and under 'user controls' there's 'find my content' Quote
kamakazeKoala Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 Gday, Love the new skin for the site however, i think taking the state filter away from the for sale section is a bit of a pain, due to half of the cars for sale not advertising the state in the title. which in turn makes it difficult to search through cars that are actually available to me. Any consideration would be appreciated, Thanks :) Quote

It's unfortunate the old system couldn't be migrated over but I'm confident the new system should end up being better. Quote
ATOYOTA Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 How about a feature where you can tag other members in posts? I know you can get people's attention by quoting them but I think this might be a good idea. Such as: "[user Name Here], you might wanna take a look at this thread." or "I know a guy who can help you out. His name is [user Name Here]" Just a suggestion, but what do you think? Quote
irokin Posted July 21, 2012 Author Report Posted July 21, 2012 Possible. You would probably need to tell the system that you're doing that. Something like [[username]] (or more likely username) though rather than just automatically detecting username and matching it to a user. I can't think of a tidy way (at the moment) to search 10k+ users against each word in a post for a match. I could probably do it with sphinx fairly quickly but it's a bit of a waste of resources. ATOYOTA Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 (edited) Don't put yourself out too much if you're only partial about it. So like typing [[senseless Sensation]] or Senseless Sensation for example? The second option seems to just redirect me to the top of the page. Edited July 21, 2012 by Senseless Sensation Quote
ATOYOTA Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 Senseless Sensation How'd you do that? It's not quite what I'm getting at though, 'cause the only way I knew you posted that was from following this thread. What I mean is a notification in your panel stating that someone's tagged you in a post. Something along those lines. Quote
