Hey mate, DON'T put your subs in the holes where you're talking about, UNLESS you can make a half decent moulded fibreglass enclosure for them. But even if you did this I reckon you'd be pushing it for the capacity you would need for a 10" sub. Reverse mounting them might bump it up to sufficient voluum but this would wreck the practically of the wagon. There's sometimes a lot to be said for a removable, pre-fab, correct voluum sub box. No sub box = "free air subs" = "air pmps" = don't bother!!!!! :P Quote

Trev Posted September 2, 2008 Report Posted September 2, 2008 When i had my 36 van 12 or so years ago i stuck some 8" subs in the holes (8 were a hot thing back then) and they actually sounded quite good. Quote

duggy Posted September 4, 2008 Author Report Posted September 4, 2008 update again picked up some new goodies tonight got a custom stainless highmount manifold and a oil cooler. oil cooler only cost me $50 bucks cause its got a couple of dented fins :) pics: oil cooler damage manifold Quote
duggy Posted September 5, 2008 Author Report Posted September 5, 2008 ok guys who can pick the problem with the manifold i worked this out about 10 mins after posting last night Quote
cuzzo Posted September 5, 2008 Report Posted September 5, 2008 (edited) Firstly hopefully you didnt pay too much for the "custom" manifold as its straight off ebay. Secondly its for a 20V 4age. Ninja edit too slow: Thirdly its a low mount and not a high mount. :) Edited September 5, 2008 by cuzzo Quote
duggy Posted September 5, 2008 Author Report Posted September 5, 2008 its a low mount not high mount dnt you mean and aint the ebay ones set up for an external gate? Quote
cuzzo Posted September 5, 2008 Report Posted September 5, 2008 Not all of them are external gated. Did i get the 20v part right? Correct low mount. Quote
