Inspected one today, 100m from the beach, 1200sqm block, has a BIG shed... with a hoist. :P Going to auction, expected to fetch a whopping $320k. Houses in Cairns have dropped about 100k in the last 6 months... I love the 'global economic crisis' :)

I think its called "Tagging" :) Housten we have a funny bugger :P my omg was actually yesterday (for people that know SA) i got from Morphett Vale to Seaton, back to Reynella, up to Meadows, back to Reynella via McLaren Vale and back to Seaton on 1/8th of a tank. I was so proud of my ute which has been known to chew upto 20L/100km. Also another OMG was last night during the above trip. About 10km out of meadows there were cars and people all over the road. as i got closer i realised it was a car crash. Turned out to be a Toyota Aristo. looking at the skid marks as i passed it, Looked as if the car had come around the bend, gotten sideways, lost control an hit one of the rock walls (road is open cut through a small hill), bounced off hit the other side and ended up across the center line of the road. The bigges reality check for me was a ute that had over taken a few minutes before was there helping meaning if i was 10 or 15 mins earlier i could have witnessed it or even been apart of it. :D

Hiro Protagonist Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 last night i was stopped at a red light. i looked over to the left and saw some guy jogging, thought nothing of it and kept waiting. the guy got to the lights and waited to cross, all while looking around suspisiously. crosswalk light went green and he ran past all the cars... carrying a cordless drill and a hairdryer, one in each hand. i watched him run past thinking WTF. my light went green and i went through to see him still running... then he stopped, turned around and started running back the way he came from. My guess he was one of those people who likes to stand by the side of the road and point hair-dryers/cordless drills at passing cars in the attempt to fool them into thinking he's a cop with a radar gun. Probably drunk at the time too.
