That's not a 280zx dude thats a 240z or a 260z. But you were right with the sex on wheels crack.

 

280zx is newer and looks more boxy than that picture of... sex on wheels... but it has a 2.8 litre engine which fits into 240z or 260z, which have 2.4 litre and 2.6 litre respectively.

I was looking at getting a 240z or 260z but the ones I looked at were rusted to all buggery. Thats the only problem. That and they binge drink... nothing like a good ol' 1.3 litre 5 speed corolla to befriend the wallet. I ended up looking for toyotas, TA22 celicas in particular, and ended up stumbling on the ad for my CSX. End of story. I can't believe we're talking about dattos. :dry:

i have big my99/00 and evo 4/5 envy. with an easy 200kw at the wheels and suspension, you could do under a minute around QR, that's only a few seconds off twin turbo v8 cobras

i HATE the froced drone of their exhausts!! and they are UUUUUGGGLYYY!

evos i find more exciting but as they are built by mitsi they break and cost to fix.

for the $$ of a wrx id prefer a supra or an altezza. or build something!

awd is far superior in the wet. a stock makkinen was at the last hillclimbs, he was doing f@$king AMAZING times flogging my friends' 200kw wrx and modified vr4 galant. it looked like he was going really hard in it! the evo driver gets out and says "man i had to take it easy, this is the first time i've driven it in the wet, i just bought it three weeks ago". there is a car with potential

 

nothing beats a boxer, even an old dak dak with a decent muffler sounds better than 90% of normal cars :greenbounce:

 

and last time i checked, a decent turbo supra cost about double what a second hand turbo wrx does, and is still a heavy bucket of shit. tezzas aren't cheap either

 

new cars may be a different matter, but there's no way you'd catch me dead in an 01-onwards rex or 7-onwards evo, they are definately butt ugly motor vehicles :doublebird:
