adam-__- Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 With $5k, I would personally go for a 4AGE conversion. Been done many times before and pretty much a straight forward conversion except for the hydraulic clutch installation (only need to rip out dash and drill a few holes, but pain the arse from what I've heard). Many threads on what's needed to be done. Quote
mundawg Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 Congrats on finding a overrated ksev. With $5 grand go with a 4age its a bolt fot bolt swap. You need: 4age T-50 box 4a series engine crossmember + engine mounts Gearbox crossmember from an ae71 ae71 tailshaft ae71 pedal box Cluch master and slave cylender + lines. There is plenty of info on this site on how to do this conversion. Open engine conversions, and find the step by step guide read it carefully. good luck with it hope this helps. Quote

They are good to turbo. Very strong. Buy a 4agze if you wanna do that. Just remove the supercharger and turbo it as is. Quote
