SLO-030 Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 IMO cutting the holes yourself gives a better fit. I'm running a ke70 gearbox and if the hole is already cut in the 30/55 position then it would look RS. Quote
Murd 55 Posted March 31, 2009 Author Report Posted March 31, 2009 to my knowledge, none of the moulded carpets have the holes cut, its something you have to do yourself ;), i did my last car and i swore i would pay someone to do it the next time i change my carpet in a car  below is the place i used, it was about $180 and they had a large choice of colours/style of carpet as well Exact Fit Moulded Auto Carpets 7 Virginia Rd Newton SA, 5074 Ph: (08) 8337 6000 I'm not worried about cutting the holes, i am more worried about getting a really good quality carpet, i had a look on google, most people use knox or someother one, but i did hear mention of exact fit so if its good quality i might have to go for a run ;) Quote
colonel Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 (edited) Knox Auto Carpets is in Melbourne, but ya should still be able to order off them no drama's and they'll get it delivered to your door Edited March 31, 2009 by colonel Quote
Murd 55 Posted March 31, 2009 Author Report Posted March 31, 2009 OMG WTFBBQ! just went for a quick drive, my indicators arent working, they were fine on the way home from work today, but now are dead, hazards work, headlights highbeam ect work, just no indicators. Quote
drc_ke20 Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 check her fuses!I'm sure its only a simple find or maybe the combo switch?? Quote
Murd 55 Posted March 31, 2009 Author Report Posted March 31, 2009 (edited) fuse is good, what/where is the combo switch? ok, stupid question its the lever thing ay, but i don't get why all my headlights and that still work but indicators don't. gonna get someone at work to look tomorrow i guess. Budowski Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 check the hazard switch is connected or the "flasher can" Quote
RA28GT Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 Ive had this happen before, i pulled my indicator switch and level apart cleaned everything and made sure all wiring was 100% put it back together and it worked? As far as i could see i didn't change anything but something done the trick. Probably not going to help you alot but something to try last resort? Check all globes too, sounds stupid but when ive got a blown globe my indicators don't work at all but my hazards still do? Quote
Murd 55 Posted March 31, 2009 Author Report Posted March 31, 2009 guys at work are going to have a look for me today, kinda wanna make sure it is the combo switch before i shell out the cash for a new one, surprisingly expensive. Quote

Raven Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 Flasher can is located behind the r/h front kick panel Bianca. Quote
SLO-030 Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 My uncle and his passenger used to hang their arms out the window of his old ute cus his boat trailer lights never worked. Quote
toyota_ae71 Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 Or you could go majour hill billy spec... they used to get an arm fabricated out of rod with a hand on it, ant it had a hinge on it so you could lift it up when you needed to signal or put it down when you weren't LOL funny as, but yeah its a little green box either hidden up behind the dash or behind the right hand side kick panel.
