Murd 55 Posted February 25, 2009 Author Report Posted February 25, 2009 I'm actually looking into an apprenticeship as a panel beater and spray painter, so then i should be super hot right? i also just resprated the front spoiler as over time it has gotten stone chips. just a quick rattle can job of course, still looks the goods, thats the beauty of using satin black XD Quote
oke020 Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 Would be a good skill to master, also panel beaters must have hard core arm muscles, mine get tired after about 5 minutes of sanding haha, i'd take the spray painter side, let everyone else do the hard work and you get the cream job of just laying on the colour. SLO-030 Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 if theres no hope then why bother? Quote: cus ya gotta have, faith a faith a, faith" :lolcry: Quote

I wish you the best of luck with it. Tell them about your love of cars and that you've learnt a bit from your grandfather and all of the other interesting stuff you like to do. Do a burnout.. Chicks doing burnouts is even hotter than chicks working on cars. You'd have the job in no time. :lolcry: Quote
Raven Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 You say that Bianca, buit I got my automotive parts interpreter job by cold canvassing myself to prospective employers. I should have undertaken a 4 year apprenticeship for my job, but because I have an interest in it and a bit of knowledge behind myself, I landed the job without it. I can give you two words to live by at the moment and that is: "Think Positive". If you need a hand with a good resume and a cold canvassing letter, feel free to ask me for help and I can do one for you. Quote
