Johno Posted July 4, 2008 Report Posted July 4, 2008 I'm not sure what a heat pump is, but if it doesn't have a burning flame or a fan you should be right. Those car paints can get quite nasty, especially if they are in a confined space like your garage. Quote
benpedder Posted July 4, 2008 Author Report Posted July 4, 2008 the heat pump blows but you can only really feel it if you are close, i was hoping to get it painted asap so i can drive ;) now i gotta wait Quote
benpedder Posted July 7, 2008 Author Report Posted July 7, 2008 Does the same things apply for primer as paint. I'm guessing yes but just wondering?? Quote
Johno Posted July 7, 2008 Report Posted July 7, 2008 Yeah you should still have the car and room temp at minimum 18c. It might not grab/stick well otherwise. Quote
benpedder Posted July 7, 2008 Author Report Posted July 7, 2008 oh ok because i was thinking about jsut doing something for now then drive it around and stuff then paint it in summer. or something like that. :D Quote
benpedder Posted July 9, 2008 Author Report Posted July 9, 2008 (edited) Last night i was talking to my dad about the bog in the drivers side front of the roof (because there is a huge dent over support brace) and my dad was talking to a panel beater he knows and he offered to fix it for free, but dads not sure if he will take my bootlid to him (though he should :) ) but apparently this guy is really good but expensive and really busy. just an update.
