Taz_Rx Posted June 23, 2008 Report Posted June 23, 2008 Check that you're not leaking water out of the heater core. :( Quote
tom210 Posted June 23, 2008 Report Posted June 23, 2008 (edited) its in the box on top of the transmisson tunnel, has two hoses connected to it, and looks like a mini radiator, in which the engine coolant flows through to produce the heat you get from your heater, if its leaking you'll loose coolant and may overheat your motor :( cheers tom Edited June 23, 2008 by tom210 Quote

benpedder Posted June 24, 2008 Author Report Posted June 24, 2008 (edited) Did have a bit of a dent in the side just some more that i have done there is a massive dent under that bog, did originaly have bog there but it was cracked, dad done this last night but still has to smooth it the dash. ;) my fully sick steering wheel my piece of paper tellin me the main speeds from Mph - kmph stupid mph speedo And can someone tell me why this is like that, its not like it on the other side, its the drivers side back, between the back window and the back side. :( Edited June 24, 2008 by benpedder Quote
Taz_Rx Posted June 24, 2008 Report Posted June 24, 2008 Is there still water in the motor, or has it all leaked onto you floor!? Top the radiator up again and re-check the heater box. Unless its a dodgy seal around the door, window, windscreen etc thats the only place water will come from. :( Quote

Taz_Rx Posted June 24, 2008 Report Posted June 24, 2008 Cool, yeah worth a try anyway, as it may have stop leaking BECAUSE there's no water left to leak! Quote

ke-rolla Posted June 24, 2008 Report Posted June 24, 2008 (edited) And can someone tell me why this is like that, its not like it on the other side, its the drivers side back, between the back window and the back side. if you look on the outside of that panel theres a chrome vent (may be painted), now I'm not really sure what I'm talking about but its a theory, i think it just creates an airflow accross the rear window helping it stay clear from fogging up etc, someone can correct me if I'm wrong though. And the reason there isnt one on the other side is because if the 2 door KE20s are anything like the 4 door ones the feul cap is located underneth. Edited June 24, 2008 by ke-rolla Quote
