gee 2 years. i am very impatient ;) my car is almost ready for paint!! :D only need a bit done to the back left and the front and its ready :y:

 

i need to drive :sob: i have had my learners since october and i currently have 0 hours :y:

 

Put up some pics, and get driving ! :lolcry:

i don't like driving parents cars, they feel big :y: I'm used to my rolla, dads in a holden rodeo and mum has a magna haha heaps bigger than mine and ill get some pics up either tomorrow or monday ;) i done to left hand door and most of the left back today i'd prob say bout 2 hours more sanding and it will be ready,

 

and also on the drivers side floor the carpet is all wet and i have absolutely no idea how water got in it :y: noticed it a few days ago.

its in the box on top of the transmisson tunnel, has two hoses connected to it, and looks like a mini radiator, in which the engine coolant flows through to produce the heat you get from your heater, if its leaking you'll loose coolant and may overheat your motor :(

Well there wasnt anything leaking, but i still can't figure out why it is wet, its starting to dry up now but i don't want to be driving with a wet floor ;)

there is a massive dent under that bog, did originaly have bog there but it was cracked, dad done this last night but still has to smooth it

And can someone tell me why this is like that, its not like it on the other side, its the drivers side back, between the back window and the back side. :(

Is there still water in the motor, or has it all leaked onto you floor!?

 

Top the radiator up again and re-check the heater box. Unless its a dodgy seal around the door, window, windscreen etc thats the only place water will come from. :(

oh okay well yeah theres a good seal around the door i washed it just beforei started sanding it and there was no water getting through. ;)

if you look on the outside of that panel theres a chrome vent (may be painted), now I'm not really sure what I'm talking about but its a theory, i think it just creates an airflow accross the rear window helping it stay clear from fogging up etc, someone can correct me if I'm wrong though.

And the reason there isnt one on the other side is because if the 2 door KE20s are anything like the 4 door ones the feul cap is located underneth.
