But why? Drive all the way out there, you might as well compete! Even if not to win, just for experience. Last year we had a girl and a guy who were both learning to drive too (and so not the best in clutch control), but they still had a blast, the girl's fairly regular and she's actually quite good now.

what are my need like a helmet etc and my licence have not come it the mail yet they said that i would get it so i am a member as of the new year this year.

 

but i do have my hsccq membership.

ok, just got the word, sorry guys i can't get there, as the olds are busy, i can only come if i get a lift but i don't expect that. so i might see everyone at the 1 on the 27th if no the next 1.

I'll be there, hopefully competing, or rather - just having a go :P Unless of course we get so many newbies that we run out of spots, then I'll probably give up my spot for someone else to have a go...

I'm coming just not competing, I'm sure no one wants a noob in there car grinding gears and buring the clutch :P

As long as he drives like it's like a motorkhana, and not a drift comp, he should be fine. If he acts like a tool, he'll be in trouble. Having said that, it's hard to get decent drifts going in a motorkhana, as the distance between the pegs are too short. I think he'll find it more difficult than he expects.

 

But it shouldn't be a problem, Mumblezz has adapted quite well... :P
