No you won't be able to (at least not easily). KE30s use leaf springs where as KE70s use a 5-link setup with coil springs so all the mounts will be missing on your KE30 diff. Just have a hunt around for someone wrecking a KE70, shouldn't be too hard to sus one out.

I put a KE36 diff centre into my AE71, however when i tightened the pinion shaft, it loaded up the bearing and wouldn't spin. I think this was because the shim wasn't on it at the time, but just remember to compare the pinion shaft lengths when you do the swap. I ended up using the AE71 pinion until i found a full diff, but this mismatched combo howled like crazy.
